ApricumCorporation株式会社とBayWa r.e Japan株式会社（本社：東京都港区）は、日本における太陽光発電所の共同開発に関して基本合意書を締結いたしました。
BayWa r.e. Japan株式会社はドイツBay Wa r.eの100％子会社であり、BayWa r.e グループは、世界をリードするエネルギー開発事業者、サービスプロバイダー、ディストリビューター、およびエネルギーソリューションプロバイダーです。 一方、Apricum Corporationは、日本の太陽光エネルギー開発の豊富な経験を持ち、世界中で活躍する大手企業とパートナーシップを結んでいます。 Apricum CorporationとBayWa r.eのパートナーシップは、新しい太陽光発電所の開発、建設、運用を目指し、日本におけるBayWa r.eの再生可能エネルギーにおけるプレゼンスを拡大することを目的としています。

On the other hand, Apricum Corporation is also an experienced Japanese solar energy developer with well-established partnerships worldwide.
